Fly the Pattern

When multiple airplanes are in the air, chaos is not a flight plan.

The established traffic pattern exists for a reason. It gives everyone predictability.

If we’re flying left-hand pattern, fly left-hand pattern. (this is our normal pattern)

Mid-airs don’t usually happen because someone is a bad pilot. They happen because someone wasn’t predictable.

Predictable flying = safe flying.

Freestyling your own pattern might feel harmless, but when four airplanes are airborne, one unpredictable turn can create confusion instantly.

Fly the agreed pattern.

Stick to the flow.

Make yourself easy to anticipate.

It’s not about control. It’s about coordination.
